Terms
Terms of Service for the Appshelf waitlist.
These terms govern your use of the Appshelf waitlist, including handle reservation requests, pre-launch communications, and optional Google-based signup flows.
Last updated: March 28, 2026
Acceptance and scope
These Terms apply to the Appshelf waitlist website and related pre-launch signup flows offered by SUPERING TECHNOLOGY LLC. By using the waitlist, submitting a handle request, or signing in through a supported authentication method, you agree to these Terms and the Appshelf Privacy Policy.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee product access by a specific date, geography, feature set, or price.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the waitlist. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the email address or Google account you submit.
Handle reservations
- Requested handles are reviewed and reserved based on availability and platform rules.
- Appshelf may reject, reclaim, or require changes to handles that are misleading, infringing, abusive, or reserved for product operations.
- A waitlist reservation is not a transfer of ownership, trademark rights, or any exclusive legal claim outside the Appshelf platform.
- If you believe a handle request infringes your rights, contact hello@supering.io with enough detail for us to review the issue.
Acceptable use
- You may not use the waitlist or future Appshelf services for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity.
- You may not attempt to interfere with the site, automate abusive submissions, or bypass reasonable access controls.
- You may not impersonate another person or organization, submit misleading information, or attempt to claim handles in bad faith.
- Appshelf may suspend or remove reservations that violate these terms or create risk for the platform or its users.
Third-party services
The waitlist may rely on third-party providers, including Supabase for backend and authentication infrastructure, Google for optional OAuth sign-in, and Resend-based email tooling for communications. Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for outages, failures, or policy changes of third-party services, though we will reasonably try to maintain a functional waitlist experience.
Intellectual property and feedback
Appshelf, its branding, and related site materials are owned by SUPERING TECHNOLOGY LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about Appshelf, you allow us to use that feedback without restriction or obligation to you.
Availability, changes, and termination
Appshelf may change, delay, suspend, or discontinue any part of the waitlist or future product at any time. We may also modify these Terms as the service evolves.
We may suspend or terminate access to the waitlist, or cancel handle reservations, if we reasonably believe there is a violation of these Terms, misuse of the service, legal risk, or security risk.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The waitlist and any related pre-release materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent allowed by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appshelf and SUPERING TECHNOLOGY LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to the waitlist.
To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims arising out of the waitlist will not exceed the amount you paid us for the waitlist services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. For most users of this free waitlist, that amount will be zero.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SUPERING TECHNOLOGY LLC from claims, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the waitlist, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer living outside Wyoming, any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under local law remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the date at the top of the page. Your continued use of the waitlist after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
