- Controller: SUPERING TECHNOLOGY LLC.
- Address: 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000, Casper, Wyoming 82609, US.

- This page covers the waitlist and pre-launch messaging. The full Appshelf product may later have additional or updated policies.
Information we collect
- Waitlist details you provide, including your requested handle, email address, and whether you opted in to marketing emails.
- Signup metadata, including whether you joined by email form or Google OAuth and, when applicable, an Appshelf-linked authentication user ID.
- Security and abuse-prevention records, such as timestamps, request metadata, and a hashed form of your IP address used for rate limiting and fraud prevention.
- Browser storage data placed on your device, such as local or session storage used to remember pending signup state and restore your waitlist progress.
- Technical information our providers may receive automatically when you use the site, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and request logs.
How we use information
- To reserve handles, operate the waitlist, and keep your reservation associated with your signup.
- To send essential transactional emails about your signup, your reserved handle, authentication, and product availability.
- To send marketing emails, launch notes, and newsletters only if you explicitly opt in.
- To authenticate users who choose Google sign-in and verify eligibility for Google-based signup flows.
- To prevent spam, scripted abuse, duplicate signups, fraud, and other misuse of the waitlist.
- To maintain, debug, secure, and improve the waitlist experience and related infrastructure.
- To comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect Appshelf, our users, and others.
What we do not do
- We do not receive or store your Google password.
- We do not sell personal information for money.
- We do not use waitlist information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- We do not require marketing consent to join the waitlist.
How information is shared
- Supabase, which we use for authentication, database storage, and edge-function workflows supporting the waitlist.
- Google, only when you choose Google sign-in or related Google authentication flows.
- Email and marketing providers, including Resend-based workflows, to send essential messages and opted-in launch or newsletter communications.
- Service providers that help us host, secure, maintain, and support the site and related infrastructure.
- Professional advisors, regulators, law enforcement, or counterparties in a corporate transaction where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and the service.
Browser storage and similar technologies
Appshelf uses browser storage, including local storage and session storage, to remember signup progress, restore a reserved handle flow, and support authentication-related waitlist behavior.
Our providers may also use cookies or similar technologies for security, session management, fraud prevention, and service reliability. We do not use the waitlist flow for ad-tech profiling or cross-site ad targeting.
Marketing emails and opt-out
Marketing emails are optional. If you do not check the marketing box, you may still receive essential non-marketing emails about your waitlist reservation and Appshelf availability.
If you opt in, we may store your email, signup source, and waitlist handle with our marketing tooling so we can send launch notes and newsletters. Marketing messages should include an unsubscribe method, and we aim to honor opt-out requests within the time required by applicable law.
Retention and security
We keep waitlist information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the waitlist, prevent abuse, send essential communications, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may keep suppression or unsubscribe records so we can continue honoring opt-out choices.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the waitlist, but no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
- You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe method in the message or by contacting us.
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs.
- You can clear local browser storage on your device, though that may remove saved signup state.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, including rights to know, delete, correct, restrict, object, or appeal. We will review requests in accordance with applicable law.
For privacy requests, email hello@supering.io with enough information for us to locate your waitlist record.
International transfers and children
Appshelf and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Where required, we will rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing.
The waitlist is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this flow. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will review and delete it if appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the waitlist or product evolves. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the date at the top of the page.
